Firstly, we meet with you to discuss your business needs; this meeting is usually about one hour and the feedback from our clients is that regardless of whether a new B2B partnership forms the meetings are helpful to gain an outside unbiased opinion. During the meeting we will identify the areas of your business where we can offer support.
The information we translate will assist you and help you make better business decisions, regarding, when is the best time to take on new members of staff or purchase new equipment etc. Information can also help you make decisions regarding which parts of your business are most profitable and which areas could be more productive and efficient.
We work with small to medium sized companies on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis. We can produce detailed management accounts dependant on the need of your business and the level of information required and any key performance indicators (KPI) which your business may benefit from knowing.
